People didn't feel powerful enough against on-level content so they nerfed it five levels.now they feel ignoring all that content and just plugging NMD's.We’ll be conducting the Patch 2.7.6 PTR starting Tuesday, August 15. Was still absolutely fine though doing on-level content, it was only NMD's that were remotely a challenge because I was plugging keys 10-20 levels over my character. It wasn't until around 75 where I felt my power begin to plateau because all progress slows to a halt vs the monsters who keep scaling. Soon as you are in WT4 you are once again doing the same thing over again, replacing gear. Once again, you got 'so powerful' you hit the WT3 Capstone 10+ levels ahead of the cap. You are obtaining glyphs and leveling them up.more power. You are engaging with the paragon board gaining more power.

You then rolled into WT3 early because you were 'so powerful', once in WT3 you are nearly instantly replacing that gear with better gear. You are gaining more abilities every level, you are getting better and better loot the entire way up. I don't know how people didn't feel more powerful the entire way up to level 50. It is just such a foreign concept to me and rings very hollow.
